REDEEMED FELLWOSHIP CHURCH

EQUIPPING FUTURE DISCIPLES ONE RELATIONSHIP AT A TIME

Core Values

"A church that takes very seriously the spiritual responsibility to equip intentional leaders to embrace  their relational environments as sincere transformational opportunities."

A community centered on the Gospel

A failure to root every ministry in The Gospel is unbiblical and will ultimately lead to ruin. At the inner core of Redeemed Fellowship Church lies the Gospel. We are called to die to ourselves. We are called to decrease. We are called to return to the Gospel at every turn. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the cornerstone of the church God has formed and it will be the basis for every ministry at Redeemed Fellowship Church. (1 Corinthians 3:11, Galatians 2:20)

Training up disciples that make disciples (Real Life Groups)

The Gospel drives communities of believers to engage in fruitful relationships, building each other up in the saving work of Christ. Not only are we called to multiply, but we are also called to take part in community, allowing the Lord to sharpen us through a community of faith. Redeemed Fellowship Church will strive to instill in its covenant members or who we like to call "campus missionaries" a strict culture of discipleship. (Ephesians
4:11-13, Proverbs 27:17)

A place that walks openly

Transparency
We are called as believers in Christ to run from our sin and partake in a community of transparent accountability. The Gospel produces disgust for sin and a desire to see the Father’s strength in our weakness. Transparency in our faith blooms in a healthy community of faith. Believers are reconciled through Jesus to participate in the reconciling work of the church. This church will be a place of severe transparency from pastor to the pre-school. (James 5:13-16, Romans 12:9, 2
Corinthians 12:9-10, 2 Corinthians 5:17-21)

Church Discipline
While transparency is an effective Gospel-driven practice, Church Discipline is a necessity in any community of faith. Allowing others to continue in sin is the antithesis of grace. A failure to implement church discipline can also be destructive to a community of faith. While Redeemed Fellowship Church believes in the radical grace God has shown to us as sinners, we must not turn a blind eye to sin, but confront it with urgency. The Gospel calls for nothing less. (Romans 6:1-4,
Matthew 18:15-17, Romans 12:2)

A place that desires to grow through Gospel-centered multiplication

Plan for multiplication, one of the last commands of Jesus was to go out and multiply. The core of Redeemer Church will bleed with desire to spread the Good News of Jesus’ work. It is not only a direct command of the Father, it is the product of organic and transformational ministry. We seek to produce
multiplication in two ways. The first is the spiritual growth of the believer, which is encompassed within discipleship of the church. The second is numerical growth through Home groups as believers spread amongst the city. (John 20:21, Matthew 28:19)

"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, that is that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God. For he made him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him." (2 Corinthians 5: 17-21)
